1.7 mountain goats

my team and I have decided that one of the animals that we will bring is the mountain goat. here are reasons why we decided on this animal.

1. they can handle low air pressure.
2. the do not need much food besides water.
3. they are natural lawn mowers so when we have a layer of grass we will not have to worry about having to cut it.

step 1.6

we will take 2 rockets to mars. the ares 1 and the ares 2. These are both multistage rockets. This feature will help us to lessen our weight and mass as we travel the hundreds of lightyears to mars. the red planet.

step 1.5

It is believed that there may be water on mars. A long time ago there were large floods and erosion marks are still showing. This amazing discovery could possibly lead to us being able to purify the water that we will have to make.

step 1.4 how much weight can a modern rocket jold ehile traveling in space.

a modern rocket can hold 117,000 pounds, this weight limit is strictly enforced because if gone over it could cause the rocket not to make it to mars.

1.3 how many people fit in a rocket maximum

there can be a maximum of 12 people on a rocket not counting cargo, although we will only be using 4 of those 12.

This is #2:    !:)!

Step 1.2 what are some obstacles that will stand in our way?

What are some obstacles that will stand in your way?

some obstacles that stand in ourway are the temperature and weather  because they vary greatly from Earth’s. There are very high radiation levels also that can occur without warning, and can cause very serious cases of cancer in humans so our shelter would have to be pretty durable. Our team will also need to figure out how to get it all there, to mars, and we would have to figure out how to get electricity.
Yay, we have made it to step 1.2, that was the second question!!!!!!!!!!
